Well said, Seth!

I love finding solutions for customers.  (And customers include employees.  They are, after all, our internal clients.  Those people that are the face and voice of our business.)

Should we ever say no?  Of course! For example, we must say no to those that want to suck our time. That’s a no-brainer.  Time management 101.

For our customers?  Try really really hard to find solutions.  I don’t mean to pretend that you are to trying, I mean explore every option possible, to get to YES.
