Two Simple Keys To WOW Customers

I know this seems too simple, but here you go!

1.  Respond QUICKLY

2.  Be kind

What if you are busy?  Respond promptly and tell them when you can call them back.  ( But, do follow up with a sense of urgency. )

What if you don’t have an answer they will like?  Tell them quickly regardless.  Putting them off creates more tension for everyone.

What if you must say no?  Say it with kindness.

“No, stupid client”  might be something Donald Trump can get away with, but not you or I.
